To make your stay in Hamburg as pleasant and productive as possible, we will gladly offer our support in the planning, organization and follow-up of your press tour.

On request, we will send you a free, customised tourism press kit so that you can familiarise yourself with our city prior to your stay. This will contain information and photos in accordance with your specified areas of interest.

Interviews
If you plan to conduct an interview, just let us know and we will arrange appointments on your behalf with the management team or an appropriate contact person. We can also offer support in finding additional expert contacts and organising times and dates for your interview, tour or video shoot.

Press tours
You can read as much about a city as you want, but nothing beats actually being there. This is why we arrange themed press tours in the city at exciting times of year. Our special itineraries and activity programmes will provide you with plenty of material for your reports and articles. If you are interested in taking part, we ask that you make a provisional, non-binding enquiry. For this, you will need to supply your full address, the place where you work and your particular areas of interest. We will then get in touch to give you a provisional date and focal points for the tour.

Note: For scheduled press trips, we can also make hotel bookings and put together an itinerary for your visit. Subject to consultation, we can also help to find sponsors in selected markets to cover the costs of your stay.
