Cancellation of Hotel Bookings

If you wish to cancel your hotel booking now or at a later date, please contact the Hamburg Travel Service Center:

Please remember to give your booking number.

You can cancel your hotel booking without incurring a charge - except for the bookings mentioned in the following paragraph – up until 06:00 p.m. on the day before you are due to arrive. If you cancel after this date or do not use the room booked for you – without having cancelled within the above time limit – the hotel may charge for expenses. Calculation of the hotel’s expenses is based on expenses usually saved and the income from reletting the room.

If a hotel room is booked on special terms (e.g. early-booker or last-minute rates) the full price of accommodation is to be paid in case of cancellation. You are specifically advised of this condition when you book.

Cancellation of ticket bookings

Booked tickets cannot be returned and if cancelled will not be refunded.
