Die drei Freundinnen Sina, Mihrije und Jasna sind Anfang 20 und verbringen die meiste Zeit gemeinsam. Sie sind tough, boxen und spielen Basketball gegen junge Männer in ihrem Wohnviertel. Dass sie damit nicht so recht den Erwartungen ihres Umfeldes entsprechen, bekommen sie nicht nur in ihren Familien zu spüren. Als sie die trans* Frau Fantasy kennenlernen, scheinen zwei Welten aufeinanderzuprallen. Fantasys Wohnung mutet fast märchenhaft an: viel Pink, eine Menge Blumen und Rosentee aus kleinen, verzierten Teetassen.
Während vor allem Mihrije von Fantasy fasziniert ist, beginnt für alle drei eine Zeit der Selbstfindung, die auch ihre Freundschaft herausfordert.

The three friends, Sina, Mihrije, and Jasna, are in their early 20s and spend most of their time together. They’re tough – boxing and playing basketball against young men in their neighborhood. The fact that they don’t really live up to the expectations of those around them is something they experience, not only within their families. When they meet Fantasy, a trans* woman, two worlds seem to collide. Fantasy’s apartment feels almost like something out of a fairy tale: lots of pink, plenty of flowers, and rose tea served in small, ornate teacups. While Mihrije, in particular, is fascinated by Fantasy, a period of self-discovery
begins for all three of them – one that also puts their friendship to the test.
